when booked expect the crew to arrive within an hour time window, booked for 2pm? crew will arrive between 2-3pm. Our crews only provide tools and dollies, you will need to rent your truck, rent you moving pads, and supply your own boxes and plastic wrap
Cancellation Policy
With over 5 years of Professional Moving experience, Starside Movers is the Bay areas Leading Labor Service Providers. -Reminders- No 3rd party moving Pro rate per hour with a 15 minute buffer. 3+ bedroom, or floor, move will be subjected to 3 person crew upcharge- Only Small Loads or Unloads for evening Slots, no full moves or 2+ floor. Our company is not responsible for any dents, dings or damages, but we doo care about your belongings so please provide moving pads and plastic wrap for protection. Any items over 250 lbs will be subjected to a $150 fee, gun safe moves and piano moves start at $300.
